New FOX Workshop Addresses Impending Wave of Family Leadership Transitions

The workshop, titled "Family Leadership Succession: Developing a Roadmap for Successful Leadership Transition," will be held September 10-12 in New York City. The program is designed to meet the needs of multi-generational family enterprises seeking guidance on how to manage a change in leadership and will cover:

• What it means to lead a family enterprise
• The pitfalls and challenges of leadership succession
• Assessing personal leadership skills
• How to develop a succession roadmap
