The new KitchenAid® Pour Over Coffee Brewer simulates this method with the touch of a button by using automatic pour over brew technology. Unlike traditional drip coffee makers that continuously flood the brew basket, the Pour Over Coffee Brewer heats the water to an optimal 200°F and then pulses it in carefully calibrated, staggered amounts to evenly saturate the grounds.
