The sale is an extension of the originally planned auction of the multi-million-dollar property in December 2013. Although a $3.4 million offer was received prior to the first auction date, the seller elected to extend and re-launch the auction in 2014, in order to accommodate several qualified buyers who were not able to arrive in Florida until the 2014 WEF season.
