NFP Appoints Yuna Nordeen to U.S. Growth Leader Role Within Construction and Infrastructure Group

Addition will drive national growth strategy, expand market share and foster long-term client relationships in the construction and infrastructure space

NEW YORK, Aug. 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- NFP, an Aon company and leading property and casualty (P&C) broker, benefits consultant, wealth manager and retirement plan advisor, has appointed Yuna Nordeen as senior vice president, U.S. growth leader, Construction and Infrastructure (C&I). Nordeen, who is based in Chicago, will report to Adrian Pellen, managing director and co-leader of NFP's C&I Group.

Nordeen has over a decade of experience in commercial P&C and distribution strategy. She previously served as vice president, Distribution, at Arch Insurance Group, Inc., and worked at Hiscox USA as their first Business Development leader. Nordeen holds a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and music from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
