Nimble Collective and Adobe Collaborate to Integrate Adobe Creative Cloud on the Nimble Virtual Studio Platform
Shared Focus for Creativity in the Cloud Enhances Nimble's Vision to Democratize Animation Production Worldwide
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Aug. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Nimble Collective, the leading cloud-based animation platform, today announced a collaboration with Adobe to integrate Adobe® Creative Cloud® on Nimble's Virtual Studio Platform, delivering on its promise to democratize the animation technology industry. Nimble is working with Adobe to integrate and make Creative Cloud available natively on the Nimble Collective platform worldwide.
Nimble joins the Adobe Technology Partner Program where it will build and deploy functionality on Adobe Creative Cloud. The collaboration will leverage developer tools, guides and provide support to integrate with Creative Cloud apps and API services to distribute these integrations on Adobe Exchange, the marketplace for Adobe Creative Cloud users. Adobe Creative Cloud subscribers will also have seamless access to Nimble's state-of-the art production workflow, asset management and collaboration functionality.
The first phase of the rollout will focus on enabling a seamless user experience on the Nimble Collective platform with the addition of Adobe Premiere Pro® CC, Adobe After Effects® CC, and Adobe Audition® CC, all part of Adobe Creative Cloud. The integration with Adobe Creative Cloud will also help end users achieve a comprehensive efficient work environment for all stages of animation production.
As a result, Adobe Creative Cloud subscribers can now use the ultra secure Nimble platform to access their existing Adobe applications and assets. Nimble Collective runs on major public clouds such as Microsoft Azure, and enables animation teams and Studios to collaboratively access cloud-based workstations, storage, professional workflow, rendering and more.
