Nisos Joins WEF Cybercrime Atlas to Provide Human Risk Lens to Cybercrime Investigations

ARLINGTON, Va., April 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Nisos announced that it has joined the Cybercrime Atlas, hosted by the World Economic Forum (WEF), to contribute a human risk perspective to cybercrime investigations and to collaborate with global stakeholders and experts to disrupt cybercriminal activity and mitigate the impact of cyber attacks globally.

The Cybercrime Atlas, hosted at WEF's Centre for Cybersecurity, leverages open-source research to create actionable insights into the cybercriminal ecosystem. Membership is by invitation only, and members of the Atlas community include organizations pivotal in identifying and dismantling cybercriminal activities. The initiative seeks to build an international, action-focused repository of cybercrime intelligence, promoting cooperation among investigators, law enforcement, financial institutions, and businesses at both national and international levels.

Collaboration between investigators provides the systemic knowledge and context necessary to understand the extent of threats and cybercriminal groups' activities. Coordinated response efforts also make cybercrime disruption more effective.
