NJ Law Firm Expands Real Estate Group With Two New Attorneys

LYNDHURST, N.J., Jan. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Scarinci Hollenbeck (www.sh-law.com), a full-service regional business law firm, announced its further expansion with the addition of two attorneys to its Commercial Real Estate Law Practice. Matt Kane and Chris Dzwilewski have joined the firm as Partner and Counsel, respectively. Both attorneys, as well as three paralegals who are part of their team, are based in the firm's Lyndhurst office. They all worked together at Schwartz, Simon, Edelstein & Celso in Whippany, NJ before coming to Scarinci Hollenbeck.

Partner Matt Kane, who has been practicing law for nearly 25 years, and Counsel Chris Dzwilewski, collectively handle hundreds of real estate transactions in the course of any given year. Their practice is focused on all types of real estate transactional work, with an emphasis on representing institutional investors attempting to liquidate large portfolios of distressed real property and non-performing loans, where borrowers/owners are in mortgage default.
