NJM Announces the Retirement of President & CEO Mitch Livingston

Carol Voorhees, a veteran NJM executive, named to lead 112-year-old company

WEST TRENTON, N.J., March 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- NJM Insurance Group's President & Chief Executive Officer, Mitch Livingston, will retire on July 31, 2025, after a successful career that spanned 19 years at the Company, including the past seven as its leader. Carol Voorhees, NJM's Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, has been selected by the Company's Board of Directors to succeed Livingston.

Voorhees joined NJM in 1996 as a systems analyst. Over the ensuing years, she took on positions of increasing responsibility. In 2018, the Board of Directors elected her to the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer, and she joined the Company's Executive Leadership Team. Voorhees was named Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer in 2024.
