Together, North & Warren and Interluxe Group will deliver an end-to-end marketing solution, featuring strategy, digital marketing, in-person activation, creative, and content services. The combined company will have more than 100 team members across North America and Europe. North & Warren's Co-Founders, Nick Van Sicklen and Matt Carroll, will continue in their roles as Co-CEOs and members of the Board of Directors. Emma Gwyther, Founder and CEO of Interluxe Group, will continue to lead Interluxe Group and will join the Board of Directors of North & Warren.
