GAINESVILLE, Fla., Nov. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Gainesville-based Celebration Pointe Holdings LLC, the sponsor and owner of the Celebration Pointe mixed-use project in Gainesville, Florida, has partnered with New York-based investment firm Arcis Capital Partners LLC ("ArcisCap") to secure a $70 million revolving facility for the development of the project. Celebration Pointe is a one million square foot plus mixed-use development anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Regal Cinemas, Hotel Indigo and locally-owned, national software company Info Tech.
Ralph Conti, a partner with Celebration Pointe Development Partners, LLC and the exclusive development manager for the project said, "We are very excited to team up with ArcisCap, who have tremendous global capital markets experience, which has enabled us to secure this significant portion of our overall capital stack for the project."
