HARRISON, Ark., Nov. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Northwest Regional Housing Development Corporation (NWRHDC) has received two, $10,000 grants from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas), Anstaff Bank, and Community First Bank, which the agency says it will use to help offset operational and administrative costs. A check presentation will be held at 2:00 p.m., November 6 at the office of Northwest Regional Housing Authority, 317 Industrial Park Road, Harrison, Arkansas 72601.

Anstaff Bank and Community First Bank, both FHLB Dallas members, participate in FHLB Dallas' Partnership Grant Program (PGP), which provides funding for the operational needs of community-based organizations involved in affordable housing and economic development. FHLB Dallas matches a member's cash contribution to a community-based organization of $500 up to $5,000 at a 3:1 ratio. In 2014, FHLB Dallas presented $225,000 in PGP awards through its members.

Officials from Anstaff Bank, Community First Bank, FHLB Dallas, and NWRHDC will be present for the check presentation.
