Northwestern Mutual Vice President Kimberley Goode named as a PRWeek 2017 Hall of Femme Honoree

MILWAUKEE, March 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- PRWeek, a leading PR and communications publication, announced this week that it has selected Kimberley Goode, vice president of communications and corporate affairs for Northwestern Mutual, as a 2017 Hall of Femme Honoree. This distinction honors women who have set the gold standard both in their organization and within the communications industry.

She has more than 25 years of experience in corporate communications with several global companies in diverse industries, including top brands such as Kellogg's, Prudential, American Express and Allstate. She was a 2016 recipient of Profiles in Diversity Journal's Women Worth Watching Award, and was named one of the 25 Influential Black Women in Business by The Network Journal in 2014. She was honored as one of Savoy magazine's Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America as well as one of Savoy's Top Influential Women in Corporate America in 2012.

A graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, Goode is an active member of the Milwaukee Urban League, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, the Arthur W. Page Society, and the Executive Leadership Council, the nation's premier leadership organization of the most senior African-American corporate executives in Fortune 500 companies.
