Noted Real Estate Economist Joins Aviara Residential Services, LLC Fund Management Team

CARLSBAD, Calif., March 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Aviara Residential Advisors, LLC today announced that noted housing economist, G.U. Krueger of KruegerEconomics has been retained by the Company to be its advising Chief Economist.  Krueger will conduct market research and develop econometric models to help the company in its investing activities.  Krueger will also be part of Aviara's Investment Committee for its managed residential real estate funds.

Among Krueger's credentials are that he was Deputy Chief Economist with the California Association of Realtors. He also worked as an industry economist for the Conference Board in New York City. G.U. has served in an economic advisory role for various mayors of Los Angeles, the California Department of Finance, and the California State Controller. He is past President of the National Association of Business Economics, Los Angeles Chapter and past Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council of the California Chamber of Commerce. He has a weekly real estate column in the Orange County Register and will continue to run his consulting business, KruegerEconomics.
