NRT's Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Advances Southwest Growth Strategy With Acquisition In Arizona

SUN CITY, Ariz., Jan. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arizona today announced it has acquired the assets of Ken Meade Realty in Sun City, Ariz. Ken Meade Realty's 250 sales associates will continue to operate out of its six existing company locations. The company's property management division, which manages over 500 residential properties, was also part of this acquisition.With this announcement, Ken Meade Realty will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which will further expand the company's presence into the Northwest Valley.
