NRT's Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Expands in Connecticut with Acquisition of Danbury Firm

RIDGEFIELD, Conn., Oct. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., today announced it has acquired the assets of Goodfellow Homes LLC, which did business as ERA Goodfellow Homes Real Estate in Danbury.  Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company.

The Goodfellow Homes Real Estate single sales office, located at 26 Mill Plain Road in Danbury, will be integrated into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Danbury located at 18 Mill Plain Road. The company welcomes Goodfellow Homes' 28 affiliated sales professionals, along with Scott Cooney, their former president, who will join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as manager of the Danbury office.
