NRT'S Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Chicago Acquires Organic Realty

CHICAGO, Feb. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chicago today announced it has acquired the assets of Organic Realty in Chicago, Illinois. The acquisition strengthens Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's real estate sales operations, which include 52 offices and approximately 3,500 independent sales associates in Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, Southeast Wisconsin and Southwest Michigan. The Organic Realty office is currently located at 3659 North Kedzie Avenue in Chicago. The newly acquired operations will now conduct business under the Coldwell Banker brand with its sales associates working out of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's existing Edgebrook office. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company.
