Nuctech Actively Supports the Training of Talents at Tsinghua University
BEIJING, Sept. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- To support the talent training, Tsinghua students' learning and understanding towards the subject they are majoring, Nuctech co-held a summer program with the university this summer.
Together with the graduate school, Nuctech held the Tsinghua graduates' overseas summer program, and 3 doctoral students were assigned to visit Nuctech. The students went to the headquarters and Miyun Base of Nuctech, Nuctech Warsaw and other places to carry out their research projects, and made their research reports. In Poland, the students opened technical training workshops and participated in team building activities with the local employees, they also interviewed the post-sales service engineers of Nuctech.
At the same time, Nuctech had another summer program co-held with the Department of Engineering Physics of the university. 45 teachers and students traveled to the "Belt and Road" countries for field investigation and practice. They visited Nuctech Warsaw company, Chulalongkorn University, Port of Bangkok, and many other Nuctech job-sites. The summer program was welcomed by the teachers and students; they gathered valuable practical experience for their scientific research with intuitive feelings for the equipment and production lines.
Since 2012, when Nuctech was authorized by the Ministry of Education to construct an off-campus practice base for Tsinghua University, Nuctech has managed to arrange graduate practices, teacher & students visits, and summer camps for more than 1,000 people in total. During the summer vacation of 2017, Nuctech gave cordial reception to over 400 teachers and students.
By supporting the training of talents and majors at the University, Nuctech fulfills its social responsibility with practical action, and plays a positive role in deepening the university-industry cooperation and promoting innovative development of enterprises.
