NYX Interactive to Offer SHFL entertainment's Suite of iGaming Products

LAS VEGAS, Aug. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SHFL entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ Global Select Market: SHFL) ("SHFL" or the "Company") has signed an agreement with NYX Interactive AB ("NYX") to have SHFL's online gaming products integrated onto NYX's Open Gaming System (NYX OGS™) for real-money gaming in regulated online markets.

The agreement will enable SHFL to offer its popular online proprietary table games such as Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Casino War, and Fortune Pai Gow Poker to NYX's online casino partners using NYX OGS™.
