Experienced operations and management expert Saleem Dababneh has joined the team as the COO, while the long-time LexisNexis veteran Richard Levis-Fitzgerald will lead the company's expansion into the law firm and corporate market.

Having been in the industry since 2002, Saleem has managed and directed teams of developers, analysts, project managers, and support personnel for start-ups and well-established organizations. Focusing on people rather than the process of change itself, he has helped turn around development programs for two different companies, both of which went on to successful growth and acquisitions.

Richard brings almost 30 years of industry experience to his new role at Oasis. In his previous role as the Client Manager of Strategic Accounts with LexisNexis, Richard was responsible for delivering complex solutions, including dozens of different product lines, to global law firms across the US, Europe and Asia.
