Beginning today, individuals, families, and small and midsize businesses with up to 250 employees across all three markets can enroll in OffPlan, a flat monthly membership that gives members unlimited access to a primary care physician plus a member concierge who arranges specialists, labs, and imaging at prices set in advance and paid directly to the provider.
OffPlan was built on a simple observation: Roughly 80% of the healthcare services people use each year, including routine visits, basic lab work, medication management, and chronic care, are entirely predictable. Yet traditional insurance often forces members to pay full price for these services until they meet a steep deductible. OffPlan replaces that everyday gap with one flat membership and a doctor who knows each member by name.

Employers with up to 250 employees can offer OffPlan to their teams, either as a standalone benefit or alongside an existing medical plan. Employees and their families get the same unlimited primary care as individual members, and the employer gets a fixed, predictable monthly cost for the routine care their people use most.

Members and employers can be connected with the right insurance for the large and unexpected medical needs OffPlan is not designed to handle, whether that is an ACA marketplace plan, a high-deductible health plan, or a medical cost-sharing option, so they get predictable access to the everyday care they use most alongside protection for everything else. An individual OffPlan Personal membership is designed to preserve HSA eligibility when paired with a qualifying plan, subject to applicable federal requirements.
