Olympus Property announces acquisition of Steeplechase Apartments in Knoxville, TN

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. and SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Olympus Property announces the acquisition of Steeplechase Apartments in Knoxville, TN.  Steeplechase is comprised of 450 units and situated on 47 acres of rolling hills.  The property features unique floor plans, including townhome styles with fireplaces, pass through serving bars, and two beautiful swimming pools.

This acquisition comes directly after the purchase of two properties in December 2013: Sandshell at Fossill Creek in Fort Worth Texas, 10 acres of luxury property that includes 252 units of garden-style living, and Odyssey Lake Apartments in Brunswick, GA, a Class "A" apartment community on 33 acres of property.
