Jenny Daley is Omega's new Global Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Ms. Daley will lead Omega's operations, product development, delivery and support. She will oversee strategic planning and flawless execution of initiatives to deliver market-leading products, solutions and implementation to all clients.
Ms. Daley is a veteran in the financial services industry, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales and management in a variety of business environments. In addition to senior management roles across learning and development, she has vast experiences in foreign exchange, branch management, mortgage broking and contact centers.
As a commitment to the global nature of the industry, Omega Performance also named Stephen Pryde as Head of Sales for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, Mr. Pryde will manage and support the organization's sales teams in Asia and Australia by implementing his proven relationship management strategy and collaboration approach.
