Oncor Reschedules Quarterly Investor Call

DALLAS, Oct. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC ("Oncor") will reschedule its third quarter investor call until Friday in deference to those impacted by Hurricane Sandy. Oncor filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this morning. With financial markets closed again on Tuesday, October 30, and many analysts and investors unable to reach their New York City offices, Oncor decided to delay its investor call until Friday.

The call to discuss its third quarter 2012 operational and financial results is now scheduled for Friday, November 2, at 9 a.m. Central time.
