JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- One Call, a technology-enabled leader in ancillary services and data analytics for the workers' compensation market, today announced it has successfully refinanced its existing first lien credit facility and extended all debt maturities across the Company's capital structure.

Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo led the refinancing of the Company's first lien credit facility. One Call's second lien notes are held in their entirety by its long-time shareholders, Blackstone, KKR and Chatham Asset Management.
