Kathy Spearing promoted to Managing Director and Mitch Ornstein hired for Practice Director Role
CHICAGO, Dec. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Brilliant™, an award-winning search, staffing and management resources firm specializing in accounting, finance and information technology, promoted a key senior manager and hired a prominent leader to its Management Resources division.
Kathy Spearing was recently promoted from Practice Director, Management Resources and Technology Staffing, to Managing Director, Management Resources and Technology Staffing at Brilliant. To support Spearing's promotion, Brilliant President, Jeff Mariola, hired professional services veteran Mitch Ornstein to fill her role as Practice Director.
Ornstein is a former National Strategic Accounts Director for one of the largest, national professional services firms in the U.S. and has worked within the professional services industry for close to two decades. He also holds a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
