One Public Acquires Telephony Media to Bet on Windows 8 Platform

NEW YORK, June 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- One Public, Inc., a cross-media marketing software and technology company, announced today that it has acquired all assets of Telephony Media, an award winning mobile and connected devices design and development studio.

Founded in 2008, Telephony Media built one of the first iPhone and iPad applications and external iOS Devices of their kind--including much acclaimed iGrill. Telephony Media's acquisition will accelerate One Public's mobile-first approach in marketing technology and enhance service offerings to CIOs and CMOs.

With the introduction of iOS 8, yesterday at Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference, the company will be offering free iOS 8 upgrade and optimization of existing iOS apps for clients signing up to build Windows 8.1 apps, this summer.

One Public will run the mobile studio as Telephony Media.
