Online Services Corporation Selects Melbourne as Headquarters for Cloud-Based Solutions; 60 New Jobs Reflect the State of Victoria's Growth in ICT

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Victorian Minister for Information and Communications Technology John Lenders today announced the launch of Online Services Corporation (OSC), a new business focused on delivering Microsoft cloud computing solutions. OSC is headquartered in the State of Victoria, Australia's capital city, Melbourne.

As the CEO of OSC, Karl Redenbach, also CEO of the fast-growing nSynergy Group, will create 60 new jobs as part of the new venture and promote Victoria's information and communication technology (ICT) expertise internationally.
