onPhase Appoints Jeff Zamczyk as Chief Revenue Officer

Proven fintech revenue leader joins onPhase to accelerate customer growth and partner expansion

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- onPhase, an integrated finance and operations platform, today announced the appointment of Jeff Zamczyk as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Zamczyk will lead sales, account management, and partnerships at onPhase, overseeing the teams that bring the platform to new customers and grow with existing ones. He will report to the Chief Executive Officer, Robert Michlewicz.

The appointment comes at a pivotal growth stage for onPhase as it expands its reach with dealerships and mid-market finance teams and continues to grow its partner ecosystem. Zamczyk's primary focus is scaling the revenue organization behind that growth, from winning new customers to expanding relationships with existing ones and selling alongside onPhase's partners.

Zamczyk has a strong track record of building and scaling B2B revenue organizations. Most recently, he built the go-to-market organization at Stampli from its earliest days, joining in 2019 to lead sales and customer success and later serving as Chief Revenue Officer. In that role, he helped Stampli grow into a market leader in the finance automation space, launch multiple new products, and navigate several funding rounds.

Before Stampli, Zamczyk led the sales and customer success teams at EAT Club through significant growth and its acquisition. Earlier, at SuccessFactors, an SAP company, his global mid-market sales teams delivered strong year-over-year results. Before that, at TriNet, he helped build and scale the sales organization through the company's rapid growth and IPO.
