Abdallah assumes the position as ONYX's first CEO following the legacy of founder Marsha Martin, who established the company in 1990. With over two decades of experience scaling and leading globally recognized brands, Abdallah is well-positioned to drive ONYX into an exciting new chapter of growth. She brings an extensive track record of transforming brands through visionary leadership and consumer-obsessed strategies. Most recently, as CEO of MAM Baby North America, she spearheaded a significant brand evolution, delivering double-digit growth while modernizing the organization, resulting in MAM Baby becoming the market leader in its categories. Prior to MAM, Abdallah served as the General Manager of the Bath and Beauty Division at Centric Brands after 14 years in leadership roles at L'Oréal Consumer Products.
