OpenEd Announces New Partnerships and New Content for K-12 Teachers

LOS GATOS, Calif., June 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- OpenEd, creator of the world's leading online library of standards-aligned resources for K-12 teachers, today announced new partnerships and new content. Currently, more than 350,000 US teachers use OpenEd directly, with well over an additional million using OpenEd through partners.

OpenEd's free API allows partners to import OpenEd standard aligned resources into their learning management, assessment and test prep offerings and offers a more seamless experience compared to LTI. New partner integrations using OpenEd's resource API include Agilix, Standards Planner, Chalkable, TechKnowledge, Edusync and many more. In addition, Google also announced a new OpenEd integration with Google Classroom at the Google IO conference. These add to existing OpenEd integrations from companies including Canvas, Schoology, Renaissance Learning, Matchbook Learning and more.

In addition, OpenEd has added more quality content to its ever-expanding library. New OpenEd assessment questions come from released ACT tests. To locate the new ACT supporting resources, educators can simply search for ACT Lesson Plans on OpenEd's Resource Library page.
