DENVER, Dec. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Concept Restaurants Inc. welcomes its newest addition to Denver's Ballpark Neighborhood, Ignite! fire-crafted food+rooftop bar (www.ignite-denver.com), slated to open December 26th, 2011 - just in time to ring in the New Year.

Ignite! fire-crafted food+rooftop bar is a relaxed urban gastro pub, built with the environment in mind using repurposed materials to create a rustic, earthy and inviting interior with a sensational rooftop bar with city views. The urban gastro pub continues its comfort theme with fire-crafted foods cooked in an authentic wood-fired oven to create dishes like cassoulets, individual cast-iron fire pots, hand-crafted burgers, and will use fresh, local ingredients that will change seasonally.
