"Opti's products multiply the performance of existing stormwater assets. At scale, our products enable customers to reprogram how their watersheds handle storm events. I am excited to partner with David, a veteran at piecing together digital partnerships across many industries, to bring together the tools our customers need to enhance their ability to manage their stormwater environment."
