Orange # blogbus Schedule - Incubators, Communities and Stanford

Only a few days left until the start of the Orange Blogger Bus Tour… Whilst some of our bloggers are already making their way to California, we continue today our overview of next week's schedule.
On Tuesday the team will once again be dispatched into small groups to visit companies in downtown San Francisco and in the Valley. First stop in the morning will be Rocketspace, an incubator for growing start-ups. We'll aim to find out how they help emerging tech start-ups to spread their wings and how they are contributing to making innovation burgeon in the Bay Area. Meanwhile, another group will be paying a visit to Visual.ly, a community platform for data visualization. With infographics becoming increasingly popular and practical when talking about a subject online, Visual.ly is growing rapidly and we'll be asking them what's next on their roadmap.
Next on ours will be Causes, an online advocacy and fundraising application which provides tools for people or companies to gather followers, raise funds and raise awareness around a particular subject, or cause. VP of Product Chris Chan will present the company's activities to our bloggers and hopefully answer a few questions.
One of our small teams will then have the privilege of finding out more about Swipp, a stealthy Silicon Valley startup with big, big plans for the future. Swipp provides a platform which ultimately combines social media, personal data, and commerce. In our quest to determine where innovation is at at the moment, this should prove to be an exciting meeting, and with any luck, we'll be able to tell you more about this hush-hush project.
After lunch, we'll be heading to the Plug & Play Tech Centre, another incubator for high-tech startups, whilst another team will find out about Mekanism, a creative agency working hand in hand with a number of companies throughout the Valley.
At the end of the day, the whole team will meet up in the Valley for an exclusive panel discussion at VLabs in the heart of the prestigious Stanford Graduate School of Business. There, we'll be hearing some of the Valley's top executives share their thoughts about gamification and how it will affect customer engagement as well as employee motivation in the near future.
