Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt Introduces New Blackberry Greek Flavor

OKLAHOMA CITY, June 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of its "Year of the Flavor," Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, America's fastest growing frozen yogurt concept^[1], is introducing its new flavor, Blackberry Greek, for a limited time during the month of June. The flavor will be available at participating Orange Leaf locations across the country from June 2 through June 29.

Inspired by the tart and tangy taste of Greek yogurt and summer's bounty of sweet blackberries, Orange Leaf's new Blackberry Greek flavor contains more protein and can be enjoyed in store or packed in a To Go pint and taken to gatherings such as Father's Day (June 15), International Picnic Day (June 18) or the Summer Solstice (June 21).

To encourage fans to find their inner Greek god, Orange Leaf has also launched its "Greek Yourself" Facebook quiz, which asks fans to answer several questions about their personality in order to learn which of 10 Greek gods they're most like. Each result offers froyo "build" ideas incorporating the new Blackberry Greek that best matches their Greek personality type, for example:

• People most like Aphrodite, who enjoy being in the company of friends and making others happy, are encouraged to try the Aphrodite-inspired build that includes Blackberry Greek frozen yogurt topped with chocolate chips, cheesecake bites and drizzled with caramel.
• For those most like Apollo, who not only have good looks, but are also skilled in academics and the arts, with a love of music and healing, ought to consider trying the Apollo-inspired build with Blackberry Greek frozen yogurt topped with coconut, pineapple and mango boba.

Whether customers find their inner God or Goddess or are just looking to try the new flavor, all customers are invited to invent their own culinary creations by mixing, swirling, dividing or building the frozen yogurt with any combination of fruit, nuts, candy and other healthy or decadent treats from the do-it-yourself toppings bar.
