Organic Foods Veteran Karen L. Borie Joins Nutiva as VP of Sales

RICHMOND, Calif., Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Nutiva®, the world's leading brand of organic hemp foods, coconut oil and chia seeds, announced today its recent appointment of Karen L. Borie to the position of Vice President of Sales.

A seasoned executive in the organic foods industry, Borie brings with her a strong understanding of the current retail landscape and success in developing sales while maximizing profit. Borie's role will be focused on leading and overseeing Nutiva's global sales, helping to steer the company's phenomenal growth internationally.  Nutiva has grown sales at a 55 percent annual rate since 2002, and has doubled its sales in just the last 120 days.
