Origin Agritech to Hold Business Update & Fiscal Year 2025 Earnings Conference Call on Monday, February 2 at 8 a.m. ET

BEIJING, Jan. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Origin Agritech Ltd. (NASDAQ: SEED) (the "Company" or "Origin"), a leading Chinese agricultural technology company, will announce its financial results for fiscal year 2025 on Friday, January 30. Origin will host a conference call on Monday, February 2, at 8 a.m. ET with the investment community to discuss the Company's financial results and provide a business update.

The Company will also file its annual report on Form 20-F on Friday, January 30.
