Oritain Names Ana Hinojosa Executive Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs

LONDON, July 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Oritain, a global leader in product origin verification, has appointed Ana Hinojosa as Executive Director Government and Regulatory Affairs, reinforcing its commitment to compliance, ethical sourcing and transparent supply chains.

Ana's appointment follows the recent arrival of Paul Bentham, as Chief Product and Technology Officer, part of a broader investment in Oritain's leadership and infrastructure to support growth across new markets and verticals.

As a globally recognised expert in customs enforcement and international trade policy, Ana brings more than 34 years of experience to the role, including holding senior leadership positions at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the World Customs Organization (WCO). She joined Oritain as an advisor in 2022 and now steps into an executive leadership position as the company accelerates its engagement with global regulatory bodies.

Ana has also held senior positions with the WCO in Brussels and currently serves on the UK's Trade Facilitation Commission, helping shape global compliance frameworks.

Additionally, Ana's fluency in Spanish and prior work with Latin American countries will also support Oritain's government and commercial clients in those markets.
