OS33 to Unveil First Look at ConnectWise Integration During IT Nation in Orlando

NEW YORK, Nov. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- OS33, the leading IT-as-a-Service Delivery Platform for MSPs, today announced it will demonstrate its integration with ConnectWise, the leading business management solution designed exclusively for IT service providers, VARs and MSPs, at the 2011 IT Nation Conference in Orlando, Florida.  The new integration, currently in limited release, and to be rolled out to all partners by the end of the month, enables MSPs using ConnectWise and Cloud PSA products to easily extend their business models with cloud services offerings powered by the OS33 Platform.

The OS33 Platform enables Managed Service Providers to deliver and sell cloud-based IT services as a single unified IT solution, including infrastructure, applications and services, and white-labeled web-based desktops (Webtops), packaged-as-a monthly-service. The new functionality integrates the Service Management capabilities of ConnectWise including agreements, service desk and billing with the OS33 Platform, easily enabling MSPs to service clients across both traditional and cloud based service delivery models.

The integration supports the following features:

• Automated agreement creation in ConnectWise for companies managed by the OS33 Platform.  All service parts from applications to infrastructure are automatically tracked and synchronized with ConnectWise.
• One-click billing, which automatically updates customer monthly invoices in ConnectWise with usage data collected by the OS33 Platform.
• Company sync, automatically adds companies and users to ConnectWise as they are provisioned in the OS33 Platform.
• Service Desk integration enables MSPs to service user support requests generated within OS33 platform directly from ConnectWise, removing the need to use multiple helpdesk interfaces.
• ConnectWise Service Ticket sync provides an improved end-user experience by allowing customers to track and update their service tickets directly from OS33 Webtop.
