The RVA program will enhance the Company's existing efforts in the area of food defense to guard against the threat of agroterrorism.

OSI and Arrowsight have collaborated to pioneer an innovative, industry-leading solution that will further advance food defense in food manufacturing plants. The food defense RVA service helps companies ensure that only authorized workers enter high risk raw material storage areas and that they follow strict safety protocols when they are handling food products.

The food defense program is being implemented as part of a nationwide rollout of RVA services covering the following applications: food safety, employee welfare, and operational efficiencies. In addition to becoming the first company to roll out the RVA food defense program nationwide, OSI is also the first food manufacturing company to implement the full suite of Arrowsight RVA services in all their US facilities. All five of OSI's US food processing plants will be implementing the RVA food defense program and related services by the end of 2011.
