Outten & Golden LLP: Susan E. Huhta Joins Firm's Washington, D.C. Office
WASHINGTON, July 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Seasoned employment lawyer Susan E. Huhta has joined the Washington, D.C. office of Outten & Golden LLP and will lead its Individual Practice Group there.
Ms. Huhta comes to Outten & Golden with more than 20 years of experience representing employees, executives, professionals, and other individuals in a full range of employment-related matters. She is a skilled litigator who has successfully represented hundreds of employees in discrimination cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Ms. Huhta has been recognized as a "Top Lawyer" by Washingtonian Magazine and as one of the "Top 100 Lawyers" by The National Trial Lawyers Association.
Before joining Outten & Golden, Ms. Huhta's private practice focused not only on litigation but also on providing advice and counsel and negotiating resolutions of employment-related problems and disputes. For more than ten years, she also directed the Equal Employment Opportunity and Public Accommodations Projects at the Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights & Urban Affairs.
At Outten & Golden, Ms. Huhta will continue her practice of representing clients with respect to all aspects of workplace-related problems and disputes, including litigation.

She clerked for federal district court judge Barbara B. Crabb in the Western District of Wisconsin. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and is a graduate, cum laude, of the University of Wisconsin Law School. She is a member of the District of Columbia bar.
