COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Oxford Resource Partners, LP (NYSE: OXF) (the "Partnership" or "Oxford") declared a cash distribution of $0.4375 per unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2011. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2011 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 1, 2011.
Oxford also announced today that it will report third quarter 2011 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, November 3, 2011. A conference call to review the results is scheduled to follow at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
