Pablo Prichard, MD Reveals Science-based Model that Aims to Slow Age Progression
Groundbreaking work in cellular aging is at the center of new television series with Dr. Prichard
PHOENIX, Oct. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Pablo Prichard, a renowned surgeon, cancer treatment physician and pioneer in longevity health, announces his commitment to making the science of age progression and associated health benefits accessible to people from all walks of life. His new endeavor, a television series on NBC titled Forever Young with Dr. Pablo Prichard, is a testament to this personal mission.
"Until now, regenerative health and the science of aging, has been a patchwork of siloed information," says Pablo Prichard, MD. "My goal with this new series is to make a complex subject simple and accessible so that people can take control of their own aging process and start improving their health immediately, at any age. For the younger generation I especially hope to reach, the message is clear: the earlier you begin with preventative practices, the greater your quality of life will be for the rest of your years."
Dr. Prichard's science-based regenerative principles are founded in discoveries from his patient care at Vincere Cancer Center which he founded. The study of toxins causing cancers, in firefighters, including PFAS, or "forever chemicals," microplastics and others guided additional studies on ways to reduce their carcinogenic potential; ultimately these learnings shed light on cellular aging pathways.
"As a doctor with extensive cancer experience, I've treated patients in their most vulnerable state and what I have learned from examining ravished cells and organs was the start of a roadmap to developing a comprehensive approach to therapies that build up protections in the body at the molecular level which is correlated to the aging process," emphasized Prichard.
As a result, these discoveries led to the development of science specific to age reversal and age slowing. The framework is explained using an everyday object: a wheel. Referred to as the "Wheel of Age" Dr. Prichard is vocal on the belief that cellular senescence, genomic DNA damage, epigenetic damage, organ damage, protein damage, stem cell exhaustion, hormone dysfunction and microbiome damage are all spokes on the wheel. Undeniably, however, understanding how these events interact person by person is invaluable and how Dr. Prichard develops a longevity blueprint that is tailormade.
"Forever Young viewers may be surprised by what they learn, and my hope is that everyone who watches the show will be inspired to make meaningful health changes," concluded Dr. Prichard.
Subsequently, Forever Young with Dr. Pablo Prichard is timely because population projections indicate that American life expectancy is stagnant to declining, while chronic disease and frailty are increasing. This is despite significant innovation in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Most alarming is the increase in chronic disease and cancer in our young people. This dichotomy is addressed in every episode with education about "biological age" versus "chronological age," how much damage your body and cells have accumulated versus how many years you've been alive. In addition, a weekly actionable plan, that could improve quality of life for generations to come, is discussed.
Forever Young with Dr. Pablo Prichard airs weekend mornings on NBC as part of its "The More You Know" educational/informational programming block (times may vary; check local listings). Episodes will feature recognizable guests who undergo tests to discover their respective biological age and chronological age and what to do about it. The show is hosted by Danielle Robb of Discovery Channel's A Place in the Sun and former presenter for ESPN and Fox Sports. The season starts with Sabrina Soto, host of HGTV's The High Low Project, and Danielle Fishel best known for her role as Topanga on the 90s sitcom Boy Meets World.
