Pacific Dental Services Gets Serious About Electronic Benefits With Implementation of DentalXChange's ClaimConnect

With locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, and Texas, PDS and its partners now have the ability to obtain real-time patient benefit information electronically.  Utilizing ClaimConnect will enable PDS staff to improve claim acceptance rates, expedite insurance reimbursements and collect anticipated co-payments at the time of service.  The greatest benefit we see is assisting patients in making more informed financial decisions related to their treatment at the time of service.
