Pacific Market International (PMI) Acquires Formation Brands, LLC

SEATTLE, March 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Market International, LLC (PMI), a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative food and beverage solutions for busy lifestyles, announces an agreement to acquire Formation Brands, LLC (Formation). This acquisition will be accomplished in partnership with the investment firms Joshua Green Corporation and Endeavour Capital and advised by Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated. The addition of Formation and their experience developing and marketing trend-forward, everyday beverage and specialty housewares, will further diversify PMI's product line and customer base.

A dynamic and strategic fit for both companies, PMI will add value to Formation's business by providing their customers access to the legendary brands of Stanley^® and Aladdin^®. In turn, Formation's expertise in the private label and gifting markets alongside the company's diverse product portfolio, efficient sell-through process and specialization in ceramics complements PMI's housewares and private label businesses.
