Founded in 1987 as a software export company, PSPINC quickly evolved into a software licensing and localization firm. Known as "double-byte specialists," the company played a critical role in adapting U.S. PC software for the Japanese market. During this time, PSPINC developed and published essential utilities such as KanjiWORD and KanjiKIT, enabling English Windows users to read, write, and print in Japanese.
