Packsize and Swisslog Partner to Combine Right-Sized Packaging and Warehouse Automation Expertise

SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Packsize®, the market leader in sustainable, right-sized, on-demand packaging automation, today announced its partnership with Swisslog Logistics, a leading global automation company that designs, manufactures, and optimizes automated logistics solutions across the supply chain.

This partnership combines Swisslog's expertise in warehouse automation, robotics, and system design with Packsize's right-sized packaging technology. Together, the two companies will help customers design, sequence, and implement end-to-end fulfillment systems, reducing touches, eliminating waste, and improving throughput.

"Packsize and Swisslog will work together to help customers design and realize smarter fulfillment systems by integrating right-sized packaging into the flow of goods to improve efficiency, scalability, and the customer experience," said Paul Roy, Senior VP, Global Partnerships & Business Development at Packsize. "This isn't just adding another capability; it's bringing packaging into the same conversation as storage, retrieval, and sequencing from day one."

Swisslog delivers data-driven & robotic solutions for logistics automation alongside reliable, modular service concepts, making its partnership with Packsize's automated packaging technology a transformative shift in the market.

"As fulfillment operations become increasingly automated, the inclusion of packaging automation in a holistic warehouse automation design has never been more important," said Bill Stenger, SVP of Sales at Swisslog. "As one of the largest solutions integrators of intralogistics automation, this partnership marks the next evolution of our company and gives customers the most unified path from storage to shipment."

Swisslog and Packsize have already implemented multiple global projects together with proven success, demonstrating the value of integrating right-sized packaging into automated fulfillment systems from the outset. This partnership builds on that proven approach, helping customers bring right-sized packaging, storage, retrieval, and orchestration together as a unified fulfillment strategy from a single integrator.
