Buyers can shop two sellers in a single show, and each seller keeps full control of their own products, sales, and shipping.
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Multiple sellers. One show. A new way to shop together. Palmstreet, the live shopping marketplace built around passionate collector and hobbyist communities, announces Dual Selling, a new feature that allows a host to invite guest sellers to sell their own products during the same LIVE. Buyers can discover and shop participating sellers' listings in one show, while each seller maintains responsibility for their own inventory, orders, earnings, and fulfillment.
Introduced in early September, Dual Selling answers a longstanding request from Palmstreet's selling community: make collaboration part of the shopping experience. Sellers can now bring their businesses together in a shared show, introduce buyers to another shop, and offer a broader selection without transferring inventory or dividing sales revenue.
Palmstreet is already expanding Dual Selling's interactive capabilities. An update released Monday, October 5, 2026, now allows hosts to invite up to five guest sellers to join the same livestream, opening the door to larger collaborations, more product discovery, and a more engaging live shopping experience. The update reflects Palmstreet's ongoing focus on improving its features in response to seller feedback.
Built Around the Way Sellers Connect
On Palmstreet, sellers do more than list products. They share their expertise, answer questions in real time, and build relationships that turn shoppers into regulars. Dual Selling gives those relationships a new format, allowing a host to welcome other seller's products into the LIVE alongside their own.
The feature creates opportunities for sellers to organize collaborative shows around shared interests, complementary collections, or seasonal themes. For buyers, it means discovering another seller through a host they already know and exploring both shops' products without leaving the show.
"Our sellers have been asking for a way to sell together, and Dual Selling puts that idea directly into the LIVE experience," said Chen Li, CEO of Palmstreet. "A host can introduce a seller they're excited about, buyers can discover something new, and both sellers can build their businesses while keeping ownership of their products and sales. That's the kind of collaboration we want to make easier."
One Show, Independent Businesses
Each LIVE now supports up to five guest sellers. Once invited by the host, each guest accepts through a direct message and can add eligible products from their shop or create new listings for the show. Listings can be added before the LIVE begins or while it is underway.
The host controls which products are pinned and presented to buyers, including guest seller's listings. Sellers are encouraged to use Palmstreet's dual-stream option so viewers can see and interact with all participants.
Behind the shared shopping experience, each business remains independent:
- Products and orders stay with their seller. Each listing, order, and payment belongs to the seller who owns the listing.
- Each seller retains their own sales earnings. There is no revenue sharing with the host; Palmstreet selling and payment-processing fees apply.
- Shipping stays seller-specific. Guest sellers use their own shipping settings and handle their own shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.
This structure lets sellers collaborate in front of buyers while continuing to manage the operations of their own shops.
Community Requests, New Possibilities
Dual Selling extends Palmstreet's focus on building tools around the people who power its marketplace. By making another seller's products shoppable within a host's LIVE, the feature gives independent businesses another way to support one another and create shows that bring their communities together. Palmstreet has also continued developing its auction model around community, live engagement, and modern tools while preserving the listing-style auction format familiar to collectors. Its approach gives sellers ways to combine auctions with interactive shows, guided by feedback from the communities using the platform.
Sellers can learn how to invite a guest and prepare a shared show through Palmstreet's Dual Selling guide.
