"I'm eager to join this thriving office and help it grow further." A Virginia native and an experienced leader, Ball has been working in real estate for more than 26 years in a variety of roles. Previously, Ball was the owner and principal broker for Destiny Investments, LLC, after years of being the principal broker and franchisee for Exit Dreamhouse Realty. "I learned a lot from these experiences," Ball says, "particularly what it takes to really run a company successfully and how to recruit and retain exceptional agents. The McLean office already has 69 agents on board and is continuing to grow. The office provides a full-service real estate brokerage to clients from all over the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, as well as Northern Virginia. Ball and agents there are licensed to work in Virginia, Maryland, and D.C., and they work with every type of buyer across a variety of price points.
