NEW ORLEANS, Feb. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG), a leading provider of life and health insurance in Latin America and the U.S., announced the appointment of Jorge Enderica as Regional Vice President U.S. Life and Hispanic Markets. A seasoned insurance professional with more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Enderica is recognized as an industry leader in the U.S. Hispanic life insurance industry.
In his new role, Mr. Enderica will be managing the company's U.S Hispanic sales strategy, working with institutions and brokerage channels that have significant Hispanic customer bases, with a focus on offering simplified term life products and expanding the PanaCare Medical Discount card.

Mr. Enderica began his career with Pan-American Life Insurance Company in 1996 in Guayaquil, Ecuador, where he led the development of a new sales district. In 1998, he was transferred to the company's New Orleans headquarters, primarily overseeing business development activities in Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market until December of 2003. Most recently, Mr. Enderica served as founder and President of Quality Growth Management, a brokerage and investment advisory firm, focused on implementing strategies to improve the way life insurance products are marketed and distributed to Hispanic households in the United States.
Mr. Enderica is a graduate of Florida State University and earned an MBA from Rushmore College. He holds his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designations from the American College.
