SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Paradigm Resource Management Corporation (OTCQB: PRDC) ("Paradigm") today announced the appointment of two new technical advisors, Dr. Kwang Cheng Chen and Dr. Hway Shu Kim.

Dr. Kwang Cheng Chen
Dr. Chen has over 20 years of experience in high technology development, focusing on mobile communication, networking technologies and industry standards. He has worked and consulted as an expert in his field with many Fortune 500 companies including SSE, COMSAT, IBM and others. He served as professor and visiting scholar at several universities and is the Director of Communication Research Center at the National Taiwan University. He is an IEEE fellow and is a voting member of IEEE international standard working groups related to wireless communications. He has authored and co-authored over 200 technical papers, 20 granted/pending US patents, and 3 books on radio and mobile networks.
Chen received his B.S. in electrical engineering from the National Taiwan University, and M.S. & Ph.D in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland.
Dr. Hway Shu Kim
Dr. Kim has over 30 years of experience in engineering, specifically in the field of construction equipment and building energy, creating innovative architectural designs and incorporating lighting technologies that maximize a building's energy efficiency.
Kim has held various executive positions in industry and academic fields including Vice President of IBS Korea, Vice President of the Korea Green Building council and Vice President of the Korean Solar Energy Society. Dr. Kim was also invited to University of Southern California (USC) School of Architecture as Exchange Professor. Currently Dr. Kim is the Vice President of the Korea Institute of Architects.
Dr. Kim received his BA from Hanyang University of Architecture Engineering Department, and his MA & PHD in Architectural Engineering from Kyoto University in Japan.
